ADMISSIONS POLICY

The schools of the Diocese of Baton Rouge admit students without regard to sex, race, color, national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges and activities generally accorded
or available to students at its schools.

They do not discriminate on the basis of policies, scholarship or loan programs, admission policies or other school-administered programs. All students are admitted to school with the understanding and the condition that they will be able to meet the rigors and requirements of school life.

A child’s physical, mental or emotional condition will be considered in the admissions decision if it is thought to impact the effectiveness of teaching personnel.

2021-2022 Campus Tours

We are now scheduling private tours of St. Jude School. Please check here to schedule a tour.

Information on fees and tuition will be provided at that time and applications will be available for pick-up. There will be limited spaces available in Pre-K thru 8th grade for the 2021-22 school year.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

Parents with children applying to SJS for the first time (including children who are siblings of current SJS students) are invited to complete an application form- available on our website beginning September 2020. Applications will be accepted through Friday, Jan. 22th, 2021. Applications may be brought to the front office of St. Jude School, faxed to (225)769-0671, or emailed to edavis@stjudebr.org.

Copies of the following items must be turned in with your application: birth certificate, baptismal certificate, current immunization record, social security card, and, if applicable, the most current academic grades (including standardized test scores). Additionally, a $125 application fee is required.

TUITION & FEE SCHEDULE

The 2020-21 tuition and fee schedule was approved by the SJS Advisory Council on January 14th, 2020.
